We’re excited to share some important news: Brown Security LLC has acquired CHESS Security. We’re honored to begin this new chapter and want to thank you for the trust you’ve placed in us. We are also grateful to the Mast family for entrusting us to continue the exceptional service and care they have provided to their valued customers.
We are Tom and Hayley Brown, owners of Brown Security, which we started in 2017 as a family-owned business rooted in the community we proudly serve. We’ve been married for over 24 years and are raising our two children here. Tom brings more than 26 years of law enforcement experience and retired in 2022 to focus full-time on serving customers and growing our family business. Hayley has been a registered nurse serving our community for over 29 years. We have truly enjoyed working with our current clients and are grateful for the trust and relationships we have built with them over the years.
Protecting and caring for others is what we know. We bring that same commitment to our security business through honest recommendations, knowledgeable service, and practical solutions that respect your needs and budget. Our services include residential and commercial security systems, cameras, fire alarm, and access control.
WHAT WILL STAY THE SAME
- Familiar service: We are glad that Jeff Dale will continue working with CHESS along with Tom and Alec from Brown Security.
- Current pricing: All pricing will stay the same.

- Name: At this time we will continue to maintain both names for our customers CHESS & Brown Security, LLC.
The primary change you will notice is our new business address: 4910 Old Coopermill Road. We’ll also be introducing Alec Morris, to our CHESS Customers. Alec has been providing excellent customer service to our customers for three years and is a licensed technician in Fire Alarms and certified in Potter, Fire Light, and Silent Night.
To our CHESS customers, thank you for being part of a 25-year tradition of service. We appreciate every one of you and look forward to continuing to earn your trust. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us.
